About the Journal

The Revista Internacional de Ciencias e Inteligencia Artificial (RICIA) is an open access scholarly journal devoted to scientific research and the exchange of knowledge across disciplines. Its editorial scope connects the study of artificial intelligence with the natural sciences, social sciences, humanities, education, and technology.

The journal welcomes research on the foundations and methods of artificial intelligence; its applications in research, education, communication, and other fields; and critical inquiry into its social, cultural, and ethical implications. Its scope also includes interdisciplinary scientific contributions that advance knowledge, methods, or debate in these areas.

RICIA considers original research articles, literature reviews with an explicit method, and theoretical or methodological papers. Submissions must present a clear research problem, substantiate their arguments, and describe their methods, findings, and limitations sufficiently for assessment.

The journal adopts double blind peer review, open access without submission or publication fees, and the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International license (CC BY 4.0). Editorial decisions are based on relevance, scholarly quality, and research integrity.
